  • I ordered the Umami Bomb $17. I'm so disappointed, it's not ikura but tobiko. It taste amazing though with avacodo, Furikake flakes, chili flakes, and the slightly truffle oiled warm toast. 12/07/25.

  • I randomly stopped here with my wife for a little brunch and was surprised at how much I enjoyed my turkey sandwich. All the ingredients were really fresh. Great deli meat, the Manresa ciabatta roll was insane and so was the smoked guava (I think?) sauce. And the Mardi Gras iced coffee was delicious.

  • Good coffee and I enjoyed all the pastries I tried. Atmosphere is not that great (at least it wasn't at the time we went). The reason I gave a 4 for service is that the server omitted telling me that the pourover I was about to get was almost three times as expensive as the usual ones. (the price was not listed and he just said it was a new offering... I just didn't imagine it would be ~$16 for a small cup! I should have asked...)

  • Follow me on Instagram for more reviews! @hopeless_ramen_tic SPRO Coffee Lab - San Francisco, CA ⭐⭐⭐½ Drinks: Island Hop (Iced) – Sweet and creamy, with a nice tropical vibe. – Could use a touch more coffee and a little less milk for balance. – Loved the ube flavor and would be curious to try it hot next time! Smoke & Mirrors – A lighter, less sweet option for black coffee enthusiasts. – The rose flavor was too subtle—I’d have liked it to stand out more. – The sparkly presentation made it visually stunning! My boyfriend and I stopped by SPRO Coffee Lab while apartment hunting and exploring Spark Social SF. This coffee shop stood out with its unique and creative menu. The drinks we tried were good, but I’m eager to come back and explore more of their offerings, including their pastries. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend checking out this spot for something a little different! Date Visited: 12/7/2024

  • Creative coffee and food truck in the Spark Social food court. I had their coco de mer, which is latte with dark chocolate and coconut. It was great, although mostly I tasted chocolate but not so much of coconut. Another time I had a special iced espresso drink and it was pretty interesting though given the small size and ice cubes it's just a few sips. On the other hand, I don't feel like getting the 16oz and paying $7 upward for just a coffee. Since this is located in a food court, there is plenty of outdoor seating around and right in front of the coffee shop are some cute sunny tables by a modified tour bus. I absolutely enjoyed a little reading here with the lovely coffee.

  • Rich and his team are amazing. The moment I sipped the Coco de Mer, it was love. Dark chocolate, coconut, and coffee?! Come on. I hate overly syrupy drinks and am a habitual black coffee drinker but this was definitely worth the foray. Order food here, it ensure you're back the next day for more.
